How do I disable it please? I would have a screenshot but clicked off the screen on accident now it won't appear again.

I was trying to update Windows Firewall Control to the latest version when it appeared. Thanks.

Don't disable it, just bypass it on a once-only basis, when you are sure the program is safe.
