Solved SOAC /Problem with boot

Hi i found my old laptop and now i see why i didnt use this , there is still Soac block i used hitmanpro with kickstart but its not work :
- i cant recover system cuz i dont have save
-i cant turn on safemode with network conenct or even with prompt command cuz its not work - just see ,, welcome '' and then laptop turn off

could somone write this fix for my laptop ?

when i boot hitman and press option 1 its turn of my pc and after restart thers still soac block and i dont see hitmanpro windows which should show up

Download attached fixlist.txt and save it to your USB flashdrive as fixlist.txt

>> Boot into Recovery Environment


Start FRST in a similar manner to when you ran a scan earlier, but this time when it opens ....

• Press the Fix button once and wait.
• FRST will process fixlist.txt
• When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt on your USB flashdrive.

>> Exit out of Recovery Environment and post me the log please.



Try to boot Windows normally...

edit
i deleted all worms etc but now i have problem , i cant conenct browser with internet . Skype etc work fine but its look like somthing bloking chrome and explored , i tried to download new chrome from second laptop but when i was instal it at already repaired laptop its cant connect.
i dont have any firewall only windows defender which i turnd of at this momen

Scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Make sure that Addition option is checked.
• Press Scan button and wait.
• The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Please attach both reports into your next reply.

i used cccleaner and eusing free registry cleaner to remove registry errors ,
in additionals.txt ther is many polish words , ask if u will dont understand somthing , błąd mean error

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Scan with ComboFix

This is a very powerful tool that should be used only if advised by Malware Analyst.
Do not run ComboFix on your own!

Referring to this instruction, please download ComboFix by sUBs and save it to your desktop.
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Accept the disclaimer and agree if prompted to install Recovery Console.
• Do not take any actions while ComboFix goes through your System - it may cause it to stall!
• This scan may take some time!
• When finished - it will display a logfile (located also on your main drive, usually C:\ComboFix.txt).

Include that log in your next reply.

If you'll encounter any issues with internet connection after running ComboFix, please visit this link.

If an error about operation on the key marked for deletion will appear after running the tool, please reboot your machine.

uhmmm computer fine , skype and other programs can connect with internet but not browsers , just like before nothing changed

You must install Antivirus as soon as possible.



• The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;

Remove disinfection tools

Create registry backup

Purge System Restore
Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
