The workflow is as follows:

If you want to install a program do it into this app . it, first, will read register and the files you have on your hard drive, and "see " perfectly exact state prior to the installation of the program.

Once installed makes a new reading and compares the changes made in your computer .

When you uninstall the program ever do from this app , 1st official uninstaller will run, and then search for the traces it left you on the computer .

have grabbed a copy and installed this and dumped iobit uninstaller , I must say I like it a lot , even given the fact that it is an older version. does the job quicker and more thorough than iobit! thanks @Rus Anca
