About:

Soft Organizer v.3.51 - the new name of Full Uninstall -is a clean uninstaller for Windows that does more than just cleanly uninstall programs. With Soft Organizer, you can remove files, folders, and registry entries left behind by uninstalled programs, check installed programs for new updates, batch uninstall programs, silent install programs, and more.

A common problem we often face with, when uninstalling unnecessary software, is various traces left in the system: unneeded files or folders on a disk, registry entries and so on. This can happen even if an application was removed correctly with its own uninstaller - a special program provided by a vendor to uninstall the application.
The Soft Organizer program is intended to solve this problem: It allows you to COMPLETELY uninstall unnecessary applications from your system.

Soft Organizer is an excellent and very easy to use application to install and uninstall programs completely. Applications can be installed with tracking, which means the tool records all places in the system where the installed program leaves traces. In the future, these data allow removing that program completely, including all leftovers that may stay in the system after regular uninstalling using the Control Panel. Soft Organizer is also equipped with a search mechanism to find traces of programs that were not tracked automatically. For programs you prefer to keep installed, Soft Organizer can check for available new versions and notify you about them with a special symbol in the application list. The built-in rating system provides a way to locate and get rid of unneeded and low-quality products.

Is this another one of those programs that monitors an installation, and if not everything was turned of during the installation, you are in danger of removing something you didn't want to remove when performing an uninstall

I have used various versions of this software and am currently using this 3.51 version right now. It seems to work very well. Although when monitoring an installation you should NOT run anything else until the software you are installing has finished completely.

It does tell you after the installation of the software you are monitoring has finished to RUN the software you are installing at least once and close it before proceeding with the final traces, this is so that when you open the program if it creates any extra files it uses on initialization that those files can be traced also. And why they tell you not to run any other programs while monitoring an installation because there is a chance the monitoring software might percieve the programs you run along with it as part of the installation.

Over all it's a great program in my opinion so long as you use caution and watch what you are doing when using it. Don't assume that just because you have traced a program that any leftovers it finds during an uninstall is 100% safe to remove, check them out first.

Certain programs you might not want to attempt to monitor or trace the installation. For example, programs that are associated along with Windows Firewall such as "Tiny Wall". Or programs that are designed to be an addition to another software because you run the risk of the monitoring installation being associated with those other programs.

As far as I know there is no portable version of this software.
