Privacy Protector 2 for Windows 10 is a good tool for locking down privacy in Windows 10. Its quite powerful, but you do need to be careful to make sure you know what you are doing, particularly as some changes cannot be remedied.
I prefer SpyBotAntiBeacon, but Privacy Protector has a more comprehensive list of domains it protects against as well as additional feature over SpyBotAntiBeacon. If you know what you are doing Privacy Protector is more rigorous. I use both in conjunction.
Its very expensive for what it is normally though (approx $40).
This version comes with adverts, but its easy to disable these by going into the registry, going to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > SoftOrbits > PrivacyFix
and then setting
PartnerName to blank
PartnerCode to 0
and partnerOff to 0
