Baidu recommend you uninstall, do not see the need, Emsisoft is a great software and it alone is already great.
It would be good that you enabled Uac, at least in the default configuration, it is very important to the security of windows, even in Windows 8.1.

You've possibly already learned that UAC is far more than an annoyance, but an important reminder which alerts you when you are about to allow a change to be made to your system. Try to think of this from a driver's point of view. Imagine you're driving an exotic new sports car, & you've come to an intersection with a red light. Without the traffic light telling you when to stop, your vehicle with it's amazing 12 GB of RAM could very well get hit causing serious damage, and we wouldn't want that to happen to you or your very impressive system.
