Why 1600W though? Your PSU would run the most efficiently (92%) at 50%, you will hardly reach that, CPU is 105W, GPU about 300W and that would be under a theoretical full load.

Well I'm a 70's kid, always thought more was better....Kind of like why a V8 and not a V6
