Warm-up question Untimed

A text says "Your parcel is on hold, pay £1.99 here". What is it?

  1. A routine delivery update
  2. A real customs fee
  3. Most likely a smishing scam
  4. Your bank checking your card
Show the answer

Most likely a smishing scam. Small "release" or "redelivery" fees sent by text are a classic lure: the link opens a fake payment page that steals card details. If you are expecting a parcel, check it in the courier's own app or website instead.
