Please change firewall status to 3rd party as you are using Comodo's Firewall. Smartscreen can be enabled by going into settings, privacy, then check "Turn of Smartscreen filter", OS updates are also highly needed. So uncheck "defer updates" if you did.

As for HTTPS Everywhere I actually have it in my Google Chrome. Sorry I didn't mentioned it (already fixed).

I would recommend it, but if you don't use IE you can't activate it.

The most important thing is to keep your browser always updated and some good extensions, which I mentioned before.
