Personally I'd go with the Samsung after seeing how well it's performing on the write endurance tests I follow, I'd also rather have Samsungs controller over an ironed out Sandforce controller, but that's just personal preference/brand loyalty.
As long as we're talking about the Intel 520 here they're pretty much identical in performance and reliability, your best bet is going with whatever is cheapest unless those 2 extra years of warranty people are going on about appeals to you.
