It looks legit from what I see, I also uploaded the file to VirusTotal although it looks like Comodo isn't detecting the initial file, but rather a part of it kind of. Here are the results to the scan anyways:

You might consider reporting it for a false positive.

Its like an FP there, not sure if that's came from generic, definition or through cloud that reacted.

what level of heuristic did you set CIS? i never had ghostery as FP ^^
