I went to a site i have been to a million times and got a popup about text not working and to install the file, made a mistake and trusted it. now i cant stop getting this pop up. also want to fix my files if that is possible without doing a full system restore. thanks for any help.

Yes, it can be done. Delete the following file manually:

C:\Users\liznjosh\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\US778-F8ZTZ-TZTXT-RXFTO-HYYYY.html
