srv123 "Click-Jacking" issues across all browsers and Steam

My problem is identical to Not_Famous' case here, but since the solution appears to be machine specific I thought I'd make a new thread. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I have only had this computer for about a month there is no reason why I should be having these problems. I can't even click on most buttons on Steam because of this "click-jacking" nonsense. Thanks in advance!
