But throughout the day some other websites were down.

ive spent 60 minutes trying to uninstall, flush dns, and do other crap and steam wont connect. why? also tech support is down too. they probably want to block any high traffic of help requests and reports. why would they do this on a sunday at 3pm/5pm standard u.s. time? why not at 2am on a tuesday night?

oh, it just went back up a minute ago. they prob did it cuz of the walmart eastern europe credit card hackers. and teamfortress2 and verdun are updating apparently.
