Stubborn malware/redirect

Having some serious removal issues with this redirect.

Have tried hitpro, malware bytes, super antispyware, spybot, tssdkiller, trojan killer, cclean.......nothing seems to get rid of the redirect.

have reset all internet options in chrome, ie and mozilla.
