Well like this:

For example 20 samples of zero day malicious links

If its fully blocked then: 1 point for each samples.

If its partial blocked then: 0.5 point

And when its failed then 0 point.

Then the result is (example): 14.5/20= 86.25%

Another question: What if the file was flagged by the security software but it continued running?
