Suspected Zeus virus spam followed by black screen and nothing is working

I don't know what to do. Should I shut the computer down, or is there another way to get it going again to run the malware software? Thank you for your help!

That is a fake scam page. Try to empty your cache.

I can't do anything. It is completely not working. Would it be safe to turn it off? I usually use chrome igncognito. How would I clear cache from that? Thank you so much for your help!

Yes, that can happen. Usually you can close your browser, but sometimes they are so persistent.

Try to clean your cache and to install UBlock extension for your browser.
