Consider adding one or two more on demand scanners such as Malwarebytes Antimalware,Hitman Pro, ESET Online Scanner, Emsisoft Emergency Kit
Definitely consider some type of backup solution
I would suggest uBlock in place of ABD & HTTPS Everywhere in FF

Why disable UAC? If you do not have any specific reason, do try to enable it.
You can add some E&P and OD Scanners as suggested by @exterminator20

Downloading malware samples can be dangerous and better conduct in a isolated environment like Virtualbox.

UAC is important as you will aware on the programs that needs your permission to access higher privilege.
