Hello and thank you for any assistance

I found out that I am a victim of the T-Mobile data breach. Coincidentally now when I turned on my PC, Microsoft Edge had lost all extensions, favorites, settings were changed, etc. I went to open gmail and the login page was in spanish.
I ran Kaspersky scan with no threat results. I tried to run KVRT and it says "can't load driver".
I have tried to run EEK and it says it "can not create bin64/eep.sys"
I have tried to run Norton Power Eraser and it says "windows can not find security.symantec.com"
I have tried to run ESET and it just hangs trying to download "module"
I came here and followed directions. First, attempted to run Malwarebytes and it would not install. No message, just hangs.
I have run the FUBAR Recovery Scan Tool and have attached the files

Is this a coincidence of the T-Mobile data breach and my PC system issues?

I am re-installing windows from the cloud....just got an error message saying that the re-installation was stopped due to an error and could not complete operation...so I will try again...maybe time for new PC as I had been thinking of getting a new one before all this happened...oh I had a slip of the tongue...meant to say "Farbar" not ''Fubar"...but it may apply in this instance

So the second attempt just came back with "there was a problem...no changes were made" ?

Hello, Welcome to MalwareTips.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.
===

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.
===

Download Farbar's Service Scanner utility
and Save to your Desktop.
If using Windows 7 or Vista, Right-Click on fss.exe and select Run As Administrator.
If using XP, double-click to start.
Answer Yes to ok when prompted.
If your firewall then puts out a prompt, again, allow it to run.
Once FSS is on-screen, be sure the following items are check marked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update
Windows Defender

Click on "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Copy & Paste contents of FSS.txt into your reply.
<<<>>>

Please post the Fixlog.txt and let me know what problem persists.

So far all is looking good after following your procedures. So no need to reset windows now it seems.

Thank you very much!

Take care Nasdaq

Windows defender s disabled because Kaspersky is running.
This is OK.
