Sophos was my first AV when we lost our ISP-supplied freebie (McAfee, eek!). I liked it but couldn't get cozy with CF. Who knows, I may return to Sophos one day since it works well with Voodooshield.

Only thing I'd suggest is set UAC to Always Notify, the rest looks fine.
