I recommend going back to Adguard. I also recommend you give up Touch VPN. Free vpn's are unsecure, sell your data, have ads, and a painfully slow. Either use Tor or get a paid VPN such as NordVPN, but do not use a free vpn.

Also, do you have unknown sources and USB debugging disabled? And is your phone rooted?

Besides the VPN thing, you are secure!
