I have tinkered with it in the past, it was ok, a lot of options out there do out perform it.
Back then i settled on EmsiSoft, it was when I was still into Sig-based solutions.
If you have very safe habits and are careful, you could get by using it.

Dr.web SS 11 ( I used it for 3 years)

• Good web protection but a lot of FP
• Good AV engine signatures
• BB detection : I have never seen it (depend completely on signature and FW)
• Very good Firewall (gives you host) best component in this AV
• 350 MB+ Ram usage in IDLE
• Preventive Protection is not as good as same component in other programs
