Question The issue of Dr Web cloud, can anyone trigger drweb cloud?

I have doubt that the cloud of drweb cannot be triggered, because all chinese users can not triggered the cloud of drweb and it maybe not due to the great firewall, so can you triggered it?

These photo is from other drweb users, version is 13.0, cloud engine is cloud-client.dll and testing program is dwcloudhost.exe



The logs provided by dwcloudhost show that all the URLs detected by dwcloudhost are incorrect.The error code is:

After conducting the test that triggers DPH by double-clicking the sample, such an error will appear in the logs, further confirming that dr.web cloud did not connect successfully.

and drweb's cloud server are these three websites:

https://c6.dev.drweb.com:443

https://cloud-f1.dev.drweb.com:443

https://cloud-f2.dev.drweb.com:443

drweb's official cloud testing program website

http://kettle.dev.drweb.com/public/cloudcar.exe

But these servers all cant access, and this issue is strange: These three cloud server addresses are refused access by the browser; PING is normal, so it should be possible to connect to the cloud server. It is not that we are unable to connect to the cloud server, so the reason why dr.web cloud is not working, I cannot confirm.But this still can confirm this problem is not due to GFW

Now that Dr. Web has enabled the 12th generation feature database, the smoothness and resource usage have greatly improved, it can be said to be very smooth, if not for the ineffectiveness of Dr. Web Cloud, i really will use this antivirus to my mian antivirus

Test pings and traceroute to those Dr. Web servers you have listed in your post.

If there is high packet loss or response time >300 ms, chances are high Dr. Web cloud will not work.

That is basically routing issue, you need to check this with your ISP. Probably the issue occurring because very high levels of filtering/monitoring going in in traffic between both countries.

Try the following:

1. If Ping >300 ms then you have to bring it down
2. Use a DNS service that is not restricted in Russia
3. Try a different ISP/mobile hotspot
