No, I don't think that's going to work. Maybe anybody can prove me wrong.
But this is one of the many reasons why people upgraded to Ryzen instead of Coffee Lake. Coffee Lake CPUs are only compatible with 300 series chipsets. Even though Coffee Lake also using LGA 1151, it's not backward compatible with Kaby Lake motherboards.
