I doubt most users would use the alternatives listed there apart from perhaps DDG.

Not using Gmail, next 2 most well known are Hotmail/Live/Outlook and Yahoo.

Twitter and Facebook: Let's look at Hi5, Friendster and other social sites and see where they are now...

Online radio, well there is always shoutcasts etc which are more popular than TuneIn Radio.

Jitsi instead of Skype: Highly doubt it will be come popular enough to make a difference.
