Windows 10 has a clipboard feature you can turn on, enabling you to save multiple items and access them later, and sync them with your other devices. Not nearly as robust as this product, but it does the basic job of a clipboard manager.

With any clipboard manager, you need to weigh the gain in convenience/productivity against the loss in security. If you ever copy passwords or other sensitive data, it's there for malware to try and get its hands on.
