RE: thepiratedon's Main Config [Updated]

[UPDATE]
So my Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 is slowing-down my computer to much, and is sometimes giving me headache due to blocking etc.

Since I use this computer primarily for gaming / web-browsing now days, I need something that is not as intrusive and heavy as kaspersky. But still something that will offer excellent protection.

I am thinking I will go with
.Microsoft Security Essentials
.Comodo Firewall
.Malwarebytes Pro

So my question to you guys is:
1. Will that config be good enough for security?
2. Will it be a lighterload than kaspersky?
3. Do they all work together?

And finally, do you recommend something else?

Think you can lighten the load here, instead of using 3 applications.
Use just 'Comodo Internet Security', plenty enough and extremely low memory wise.

Use this guide if you decide on CIS

Hmm, I don't know.
I would maybe choose CIS if version 6 was released.

Also, I would like to have my Malwarebytes pro as realtimeprotection to.

For Gaming : CIS v5 (will be long before v6 final), ESET

MBAM Pro is useless. it works only on signatures, rather stay with the free version.

CIS 5.10 is rock solid, my brother uses this and i have also with excellent results.
As Umbra already says CIS 6 is far from being realised as a final, many problems still, i would expect this next year now.
And MBAM PRO is purely signatures their web blocking throws up too many fp's, so CIS alone is more than enough.
Your decision entirely :D

RE: thepiratedon's Config

You may consider with Hitman Pro and Emsisoft Emergency Kit as second opinion.

+ you can choose third party firewall software like Comodo Firewall, Privatefirewall or Online Armor Free. But Windows 7 Firewall is fine if you wanted to.

Also a virtualization software especially when browsing: Sandboxie or Bufferzone Pro

Virtualization full desktop: Shadow Defender, Toolwiz Time Freeze, or others.
