It is a setting trustworthy by Microsoft, but because they are not perfect, I think that it is better to have an on-demand scanner as well.
I think that it is a mistake in description, but effective use of Macrium.

Edit thread field and put Appguard and Voodooshield in Real time protection category. You have Macrium but no backups?

Incorporate a backup strategy for Macrium Reflect. I'd recommend weekly with daily Rollback Rx Home (also free) snapshots.

For Marcrium I do a full image after each insider up after I know nothing is broken. I changed my first post to reflect this. My images are stored externally.
