They used to just ask for your DOB, and everything to do with your identity, Mother's Maiden Name, Home Phone Number, etc as well. The ID card is a new level. The email is so fake, it looks like they barely tried.
With all that work, can't they just get a real job instead of sitting in rooms of people sending these stupid emails?
