'UAC settings: Always notify' = A safer 'not a techy guy' member on MalwareTips! I recommend using Sandboxie. You can read about it here: http://www.sandboxie.com/ If you choose to try it, once you become accustomed to opening your browser in a containment sandbox (except when performing trusted updates) most anything bad gets taken out (deleted) like the proverbial trash. Now, I'm going to add HTTPS Everywhere, as it's highly recommended here, to my own Firefox browser! https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

Agree with adding a on-demand scanner "second opinion", other then, looks good.
