Troubleshoot toshiba Sat C 850 touch pad driver not installed correctly

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

only touch pad drivers

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

reinstall again and again ,searching for driver update found nothing

was using windows 8 for a month not like it and i decide to go back to windows 7 (touch pad was working in w 8 ) installed all drivers succesfully except the touch pad any suggestions to help me ..

start run or win key + R
on the windows that open write devmgmt.msc
look for the touch pad driver and uninstall it completely
you must uninstall it completely if not it will not work
restart the computer it should be working
if it wont work install the driver from toshiba

Also uninstall Synaptics firmware from Programs and Features.

Are you sure you have a Synaptics touchpad? Toshiba most often uses Elan.

Check the error on device manager then check for properties, find from details tab ------ > Hardware ID's

That's should detect the correct driver for your touchpad driver. (Check on the above link)

first thanks to all all of this soultions not worked i use Get driver easy and found an update and install it was ver 15 and setup correctly and the device not working also !
