Advice Request Transfer from hdd to ssd

Hey all. I have a Question. I have byed a new Laptop with Windows 10 preinstalled on a HDD. I want to put my old formated SSD in the new Laptop and transfer the preinstalled windows 10 true a USB Stick to the new SSD. I need a free and fast Programm that can put the Windows 10 from the HDD to the USB Stick and than to the formatet SSD. Any help is much appricated.

You can use the Windows media creation tool to make an old to burn to a usb drive. Then set the boot to the usb and install Windows 10.

Windows 10 preinstalled is OEM version, so i'm not sure it can be moved to new hardware. you should call microsoft before doing anything.
