23 February 2021 Release​

Once the update is complete, the Trend Micro Security program version would change to 17.0.1257.

Fixed issues:

• The OneDrive folder path disappears from the Folder Shield protected folder list
• The default protected folders are unchecked after switching user.

@McMcbrad Does Trend upload behaviorally detected files to the cloud yet? Also, do you know what type of threat information was being uploading before, to the Smart Protection Network, if it wasn't the behavioral analysis of files? Weren't they collecting any suspicious files from consumer PCs?

I don't believe that update has been released yet as im waiting for it myself.

trend micro has improved a lot since the last time i had it on my computer....goood job trend micro

Anyone can tell or know if Trend Micro will launch any beta for 2022 version anytime soon ? with covid-19 i feel some companies are loosing updates quality or frequency i not saying that Trend Micro is that case.
