ok I tried to reinstall the printer and I am running into all kinds of problems. The computer when I reinstalled it, I go to the print and it pulls up a page. I look for find printer and it gives me an error that it isn't working. It does show my printer in the drop-down menu still but the printer has now changed and it doesn't look like my printer anymore like it used to. I went to HP site to download the newest version and it still didn't work. So now I have deleted it again and I am not sure what to do.

- Start.
- Type, services.msc, in the search box and just press enter.
- Scroll to Print Spooler.
- Right-click this and select Properties.
- Startup Type, should equal, Automatic.
- Service Status should equal, Started (if not, simply select the Start button).
- If it already says, Started, then try pressing, Stop, and then, Start.

I was able to do that but it was on automatic already. I did however stop it and restarted it. I went under Dependencies and all it shows is the fax not the printer. It is an all -in-one printer. I'm not sure if that is a problem but it would seem the printer should be in there too. I tried to find the printer after doing those steps and it still gives me the same error. I also had a popup box that told me something about the adapter so i went looking for it and it is shut off and will not turn on again. I am not sure how this applies to the printer but the popup box told me to turn it on by right clicking it. it has an X on it and when I right click it, it says nothing about turning it on.
