Have tried many things and am so sick of this annoying adware!! It changes my search engine and my settings on my browsers. Every time I am on a page annoying ads play and pop up

Run AdwCleaner, that should get rid of most of the Adware.

As for Real-Time Protection, I'd recommend Avast Free Anti-Virus, but seriously- before you do anything, run AdwCleaner, that should get rid most, if not all of the adware.

You should enable UAC. If you need further assistance you can post your problem in the malware removal assistance forum. Avast is a very good real time AV.
On demand scanner(s) such as Malwarebytes antimalware,hitman pro

thank you for the suggestion! i downloaded and ran this and it seemed to work and delete all the files of the ads, but right after i cleaned everything the extensions redownloaded immediately and the ads popped up again. ugh help
