Trovi removed...new question

I was directed to this website trying to find a way to eliminate Trovi. Your first suggestion was helpful and I downloaded the malware removal tool. A tech had previously downloaded Fast Fix onto my computer. After removal of the Trovi, Fast Fix wants to correct 649 errors including those to the registry. I am wondering if I allow it do so it will restore the Trovi, and possibly lead to further problems.
Advice?

Refrain from using registry cleaners, they can cause more damage then real benefit.
