Just installed TuneUp Utilities 2013 and it found several junk files and registry key.......One thing that I didn't like is that,the default installation will also add the AVG Toolbar to your browser......

As far as the resource usage goes,TuneUp Utilities 2013 uses only 1 process while running in background:
