Turbomac adware

A month ago it started. My adblocker suddenly blocked 100s of ads on every page and every time I clicked somewhere a pop-up would open and then be blocked by my adblocker. Currently, on almost every page, there are 100s if not 1000s of ads that are blocked by my adblocker, as well as several ads (from Turbomac) that are still shown. If I select text, an 'instant search widget' pops up. If I click on the page, almost always a pop-up tries to open. This all happens on both my Safari and Chrome browser. I removed all my extensions and search engines from my browsers. I downloaded Malwarebytes and removed all programs deemed dangerous and then restarted my computer. I looked through my files to see any suspicious programs. Nothis has worked. Can you please help me with this problem?

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.
