Hey, Tonight was somewhere and Found a new and great tool.
It's an all in once package:D also for free :notworthy:I thought it would be a good alternative for ccleaner:giggle:

tweakPower is an all-in-one tool to clean, backup, and optimize your computer as well as fix common problems. Video tutorial available.

TweakPower starts out with the main interface, or dashboard. From here you can look at your PC mode, security settings, drive health, bootup and shutdown, system information, and more. A button to create a System Restore Point is prominently featured, as it should be.
At the top, you will find quick access to other areas including Cleaning, Optimize, and All functions.

The current version is 0.044 and its beta so be careful:cautious:

Its little buggy(consider its beta) I mean the cleaning section may don't work you just need to spam the analyze button or give it some time to work.
But a lot of features that i never seen before:notworthy:
