"UAC Security Patch is a lightweight security application for Windows systems, designed to prevent any attempts to change User Account Control settings. This way, it's possible to block DLL hijacking and other zero-day security exploits which try to bypass UAC by automatically elevating it.

The tool can also deactivate any "Run as Administrator" vulnerability in lower user accounts. In addition to this, it enables users to activate the highest UAC level and patch it for third-party firewall programs. All these actions are automatically carried out by the software application.

UAC Security Patch isn't wrapped in a setup kit, so it can be fired up from any part of the hard disk. However, it requires .NET Framework to work properly, a feature that's built into newer Windows versions and only needs to be turned on. It can be run on Windows Vista through Windows 10.

To get started, however, it's necessary to load the software tool in the hidden administrator account of Windows. Next, users can just bring up the main app window to the screen, then click and drag the slider to turn on the security patch. Settings can be instantly reset to default by moving the slider to Off mode."

The website isn't clear of what is doing in the background of this software, they have some strange system requirements.... I wouldn't trust it at all. Mybe it's not a virus but it can make garbage on your computer.
EDIT : and the website redirects me to a survey :/

I remember this software... It was owned by an ex-member here called @BlackBox Hacker who is now banned. The original thread was located here but has since been taken down: https://malwaretips.com/threads/uac-security-patch-1-0.65908/

The product does absolutely nothing to safeguard your system against real exploits, it's just a simple .NET tool which makes some registry modifications. It can do things like change your existent UAC settings to the maximum levels, for example. Maybe it's changed since last time I checked but I highly doubt it, I'll re-check sometime today and let you know.

I had an argument with him because I exposed how simple the product really was, with some registry modifications, and he got really angry because of it. Maybe he was embarrassed?

In other words, using this software is barely beneficial to you at all IMO... :D
