Advice Request uBlock Origin: what other Lists could I add?

I'm in need of some new lists (which are not preset when installed). Main for security, blocking Botnets etc etc.

I already have the lists to block Coin Miners

If you are using Trace there's already such a list in Settings -> Web Request Controller

Have you tried this FF anti-adblock extension which relies upon the atob() Javascript function.

There's one user review who claims he was blocked from visiting wikia.com and xda-developers.com. With this addon he's now able to view the sites.

But without the addon I have no issue visiting the mentioned sites so I guess the addon is not needed for FF

BTW, sites blocking adblockers seem to be going downhill

uBlock's power isn't in lists, it's in expert mode blocking.

Using expert mode blocking you can effectively make uBlock function very nearly as well as a Pi-Hole, which by the way is the ultimate adblocker if you have $30 and 60 minutes of build time.

As for TrackMeNot it's similar to AdNauseam, Noiszy (for Chrome) and some similar websites, the purpose of which is to make noise to protect the user from data profiling during web search.

Will it "work"? It depends. TrackMeNot attempts to obfuscate your actual search history by flooding the search provider with lots of automatic (done silently in the background while you're browsing) bogus searches.

But it does not hide your actual searches. And there are talks that big guys like Google has the capability to filter out noise from the real searches.
