If I were you I would dump MSE and replace it with Avast Free Edition or Avira Free Edition.
Foxit Reader is a great alterntive to the sluggish and buggy Adobe Reader.
Amen to "NO JAVA"
Superantispyware is no longer considered a worthy on-demand scanner by many. HitMan Pro and MBAM should be sufficient. CCE is fine, which I see you have along with MBAM.

FYI: Comodo Killswitch and Process Hacker II are great alternatives to Process Explorer.

WELCOME to MalwareTips. :) We have an intelligent and informed group here that is very unselfish with time and knowledge.
I would nag you about continuing to utilize XP, but that would make me a hypocrite. LOL

Welcome to MT!
Now, You have a nice solid config, However....
I highly recommend that you replace MSE as it scores poorly and offers no prevention features.
I recommend these:

Free:
Avast 7 Free
Comodo Internet Security
Avira Free

For Paid, It depends if you can handle some heavy AV's or want something Light so i'll break it down to you.

Known-To-Be-Heavy paid:
Trend Micro Internet Security 2013
Kaspersky Internet Security 2013
Emsisoft Internet Security Pack or just Emsisoft Anti-Malware (Can be used as a companion)

Known-To-Be-Light Paid:
Eset NOD32 (I haven't tried Smart Security but people say the Anti-Virus is all you need with eset)
Norton Internet Security

So other than that, Have you got any plans to upgrade to a more Secure OS such as Windows 7 or Windows 8?
I'm just asking since support for XP ends soon and its security leaks and weak firewall is risky.

Other than that, Great!

For Windows XP (I'm guessing?) :

Other Free AV software :
  • Add an antivirus :

On-Demand scanners :

Browsers Plugins :
This are a few plugins that will make your live more easy and confortable:

Virtualization:
Even if you submitted a file to virustotal.com and it said that it's clean , you'll need to run it in virtual environment because sometimes infection can be so new that security vendors don't have signs for it.

Virtualization software will allow you to browse the web or run another application in a completely safe environment. This is especially useful when visiting high-risk web sites, whether accidentally or deliberately, as the Web browser will be completely contained within the virtual enviroment, preventing any damage to your computer.
A sandbox can also be used to run any other applications which you think may be suspect - you can run the program inside the sandbox to determine whether or not it is safe while remaining completely protected against any malicious actions that it may try to carry out.
I strongly advise you to install Sandboxie and use it when you're browsing the Internet or running shady/unknown programs.
Alternately you can try BufferZone PRO (Free) , another great virtualization software.

Sandboxie (Free/Paid) - link
Sandboxie runs your programs in an isolated space which prevents them from making permanent changes to other programs and data in your computer.

Always run suspicious of freshly downloaded files in a Sandboxie to verify that he download isn't compromised!Sandboxie will replicate perfectly your operating system so all the files should run without any problems in it.
