Thank you for sharing.:)
Please, activate UAC to default in order to utilize it's often overlooked and misunderstood protections. Then your configuration will be complete (mostly).;)

You might look into a free app that enhances your privacy. It is free of malware and called CCleaner, and is available directly from the developer.
A portable version is also available (if preferred). Find it under "Builds" by scrolling to the bottom of the download page.

I would as @Cats-4_Owners-2 suggested, turn UAC back on, it is an important part of your systems security on a deeper level, and i would consider turning real time off of MBAM and using it as a ondemand scanner only. The config looks good, but a little over kill for my taste, it seems it would be a unnecessary drain on system resources.

i'm very thankful for your advices.
I've been using CCleaner many years and i highly appreciate it.
As far as the UAC is concerned, is there any need to activate it, if the Appguard if it's allready active?

Your config is very strong.
I just have one suggestion add another on demand scanner like Emsisoft Emergency Kit or HitmanPro just to be sure.
Thanks for sharing.
