Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

Try official uninstaller, uninstaller tool (Wise Uninstaller), Windows uninstaller. All failed.

Does anyone have problem uninstalling TinyWatcher?

Restarted. Checked with Iobit Unlocker. Uninstaller file is not locked.

Thanks. I uninstalled by grating the program folder in Program Files full permission to administrator account (me).

Do run "sfc /scannow" command in elevated command prompt..to fix any system integrity violation.

Try to run SFC scan it can be help for you and then try to restart the windows after SFC scan.

Thank you guys. Ran sfc and it found some corruption. Phew, hope all is fine now.
