Unlocking Athlon II / Phenom II cores and L3 cache

Here are some Athlon/Phenom II that you either unlock(for some Athlon II)/add(for some phenom II) L3 cache (aka last level cache), which will increase the performance, or you unlock cores.

You need to make sure that you motherboard can unlock the cpu.

I personally think that when the cores/cache is unlock you get the real product. So the product that is unlockable is a downgraded product of the real product. There is no harm in activating the last level cache.

i share the same view but AMD dose not
