Microsoft has released a security advisory describing a non-security update.
Now that we have you sufficiently confused, the problem addressed by today's "non-security" update is that programs already running in 64-bit Windows at a privileged level may set themselves to run in the kernel, as with device drivers, but without the code signature required of 64-bit Windows drivers.
