Avast Response:

Hello Amir,

I hope you're doing well.

My name is Kinga, and I'm on the Avast Customer Care Senior Team.

Please accept my apologies for not replying sooner, and I'll do my best to answer your question.

As a company active in the US, EU, and UK, Avast has to comply with the export controls of these countries. This includes complying with the list of Sanctioned Countries to which Avast must not provide selected products or services.

We're aware of the General License D-2, but unfortunately, there are still some complications to starting selling or distributing in Iran.

I'm sorry to inform you that our current policy is to not sell or distribute in Iran. Because laws change, you should frequently check the information available on our website and other sources.

I appreciate your understanding.

If you have any questions or need me for anything else, feel free to message me anytime. I'd be happy to help.

Have a good day and stay safe online.

Kinga
