Very good security setup
If you want, you can add Sandboxie as further security layer to virtualize your browsing session, which is useful against malicious script, malversting and browser-level attacks.

machine specs shows a 64bit architecture, your thread shows 32bit, so I assume is a typo.

Nothing really more to add. simple and secure config. Dr Web CureIt! is a good alternative to MBAM/ZAM. I am however surprised why you chose ESET over Dr Web for your Realtime protection, considering your geographical location.
