hi,

i plan to do a short video clip/movie and i need a software that is simple & fast to use (if it does things automatically it is even better) with nice effects.

any ideas?

Do you mean Video Editor? You could also try Avidemux and VirtualDub (with it's strong 3rd party filters). Lightworks too
