The detonation feature can work for most people only in an indirect way. The malware must attack the machine with Windows E5 edition. After some minutes all other users will be protected. In rare cases when the detonation is crucial for detection and the malware could avoid Windows E5, many more users can be infected. Anyway, BAFS is one of the strongest WD features.

@Andy Ful Is there any way to set cloud level as block without configuredefender on home version of windows?
Use PowerShell (Administrator) and the below command:
Code:
New-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\MpEngine" -Name "MpCloudBlockLevel" -Value 6 -PropertyType DWORD -Force
